The Newbie - Cabana
Bringing the Latin American flair to Maine, Cabana is Portland’s new intimate and energetic cocktail bar.
Recently opened in the Old Port by Owner René Emilio Peña, a former resident of Miami and the operator behind La Bodega on Congress Street, Cabana has quickly become the cocktail bar welcoming the late-night social scene away from Wharf Street. Guests can sip on colorful cocktails, listen to lively tunes, and dine on both traditional and innovative takes on Mexican, Cuban and Dominican small bites. In addition to their bright cocktail menu, guests can enjoy an agreeable list of beer and wine, including both bubbly and rosé.
Can’t stay out past nine anymore? You can get a taste of Cabana with their newly announced brunch hours. Home cooked meals Saturday + Sunday only starting at 11 AM.

The Staple - Three Dollar Dewey's
Hailed as “Portland’s Original Alehouse” and the first place in town to pour a pint, Three Dollar Dewey’s has remained a staple since its opening in 1980.
Drawn in immediately by the rustic, yet approachable pub feel, Three Dollar Dewey’s features 36 tap lines of the best beer from Maine and beyond. The Food Truck - Ironclad Eats
Founded on 3 principles: good food, good fun, and family, Ironclad Eats is one of Greater Portland’s newer food trucks, opening just in 2021. Owned and operated by Dan and Stephanie McCluskey, who combined bring over 40 years of experience in the tourism and food industry to the table.
Offering familiar comfort food with a twist, Ironclad Eats’ taco-centric menu is developed from unique home recipes featuring powerful flavors and high quality ingredients. Seared, not fried, Ironclad Eats does not hide the flavor of their food behind a deep-fried taste. Popular menu selections include the ‘Thrashville Chicken’ with Slow-cooked, spicy chicken slathered, chopped on the grill, smothered in their hot honey sauce and crunchy slaw; and the Iron Cubano with Smokey pork griddled with jack cheese, topped with Triple B Pickles and mustard sauce. Focusing on freshest ingredients sourced in Maine, Broken Arrow’s food menu is only amplified by their perfectly paired cocktail menu featuring new classics and updated originals. Small plate menus are offered daily or you can book a dining experience featuring a Chef’s Tasting menu of four or six courses, available with beer, wine, or hand-crafted cocktail pairings.
