Roll & Restore – This Roll Model® Method series offers myofascial release (self-massage) techniques using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to help your body recover from your active lifestyle or maybe that awkward way you slept last night. You will learn focused movements to help penetrate through layers of muscle and fascia using these specially designed high grip rubber massage balls to target your specific body’s needs, be it easing discomfort, increasing mobility, or releasing stress. Each class will involve guided breath work focusing on down regulating your nervous system and an extended savasana.
In each session, we’ll focus on a different area of the body:
1/2 – Feet and legs
1/9 – Hips and glutes
1/16 – Lower and upper back
1/23 – Shoulders
1/30 – Head, neck, and jaw
Drop-ins welcome. Balls will be available for purchase or to borrow.
