Wellness in the Park – September 21st – Yoga with Celine of Move Wild
Join us for our community pop-up series, Wellness in the Park, this September!
Yoga in The Park with Celine from Move Wild
Hi, I’m Celine, founder of Move Wild Studio where Movement meets Creativity meets Community. I teach outdoor Yoga & Fitness classes as well as pop-ups “in the wild” collaborating with local businesses. I am a Certified 200HR Yoga Teacher, NASM/AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor, and certified Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist.
I love helping people feel strong and confident in their body while having fun! It is such a gift to be able to move. Movement has helped me so much with my mental health. I truly believe when we connect our breath to our bodies and express ourselves through movement – our confidence, creativity, and inner Wild shines and we are the best version of ourselves 🙂
Class Description: All Levels 1 Hour Yoga Class: Feel good movements focusing on stress relief & relaxation. I love modifications! Listening to your body is my #1. Whether that means breathing in child’s pose or organically moving how you feel called in the moment – this time is for YOU and I encourage that throughout 🙂
