Friday
Bring your pups to Bark in the Park at the Portland Sea Dogs game from 7-10pm! There will be a special section located in the left field grandstand for dogs and their owners! Plus, there will be a doggie parade pregame where owners and dogs can parade around the field led by Slugger the Sea Dog! Just remember that it’s B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Bag)!
Get ready for Ben Harper & Trombone Shorty at Thompson’s Point w/ Jessy Wilson! This event is presented by State Theatre and 98.9 WCLZ! Tickets are $55, the doors open at 5pm, and the show starts at 6pm. This is an all ages event!
Something Stupid will be performing at The Porthole from 7-11pm. Grab a beer, some food, and chill out on Portland’s Largest Waterfront Deck.
Saturday
Celebrate Women’s Equality Day with some amazing women brewers and Pro Pale Ale! For every Pro Pale Ale sold at Pro’s for Planned Parenthood $1 will be donated to Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. There will be food and ice cream available too!
Snag some tickets to Ghostland feat. The Ghost of Paul Revere at Thompson’s Point. Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 day of show. Doors open at 3:30pm and the show starts at 4pm!
Grab a blanket, head over to the Eastern Promenade for Maine Movies on the Prom- MOFF Broke and Stoked Premiere, and enjoy a showing from the Maine Outdoor Film Festival! This event runs from 7-10pm.
Sunday
It’s the 2nd Annual Bacon-Bourbon-Beerfest at Bramhall and Roma Cafe! From 11am-6pm grab a bourbon, local brew, and some local bacon and listen to five awesome bands! Admission is $10!
Get down to Deering Oaks Park for the 6th annual Reggae in the Park from 3-8pm. There will be live performances by local artists and DJS, food, vendors, games, and more!
Need a fun free activity to do with the kids? Check out the Mayo Street Arts Bread and Puppet Circus at Fort Allen Park! This event will be from 4:30-7:30pm and features the Bread and Puppet Brass Band, stilters, flags, and giant paper maché characters! Plus after the show there will be sourdough rye bread with garlic aioli!
