It is autumn, time for calming down, focusing inward, and taking stock. When we are balanced and supported, autumn can be rich with creativity and inner inspiration. But when out of balance, this time of year can cause us to feel disconnected, disorganized, anxious, dried up, and depleted. Instead of being swept away by the winds of autumn, let’s get cozy, stay warm and keep our feet on the earth.
Join us in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, from September 29th – October 1st where we will settle into a routine of movement, nourishment, rest, and enjoyment. Awaken your senses with meditation, movement, warm nourishing foods and drinks, self-growth tools, healing touch, and ceremony. Rest into your divine healing energy and come to know a higher version of you.
During this three-day retreat, we aim to assist you in feeling relaxed, renewed, beautiful, clear-minded, calm, confident, powerful, and unstoppable. Show up each day with an open mind and heart, ready to learn something new. We will be offering the following;
