Born and raised in Cape Elizabeth, I always loved Maine but never thought I would live there again after college. Since graduating from Boston University in May of 2020, I am still living in Boston but find myself wanting to visit my parents + siblings in Maine more and more. Every time I go to visit, a bigger part of me thinks it is where I will settle down. From Portland's cobblestone streets to the ubiquitous sound of seagulls, it's impossible to not fall in love with Maine. And what better than to write about the place you love?
