Come join a 4 week Afro Beats session with Veeva Banga at Casco Bay Movers. Afro Beats is a signature mix of popular African dance moves, hip-hop, and jazz. It’s an upbeat and fun dance style that will allow you to move your body in a different way.
This workshop will introduce total beginners and experienced dancers alike to this unique style. No experience needed! People of all levels are welcome. Single class drop ins are welcome!

Veeva Banga is a dance instructor based in Portland, Maine. She specializes in Afro Beats and Hip Hop. Veeva teaches for Portland Public Schools and local dance studios in Portland. She’s a South Sudanese native dedicated to sharing dance.
