Chef friends! Join us on Monday, November 18th to talk bluefin tuna with @gulfofmaineresearchinstitute and @jordan__rubin!

Jordan Rubin, chef/owner of Mr. Tuna & Bar Futo, will share strategies from his experience for offering local tuna nearly year-round. He will cover topics including purchasing, handling, storing, and aging Maine bluefin tuna.

This 1-hour session is geared towards restaurants/buyers and will be held at @bar_futo on 11/18 from 11:30-12:30 (tuna sample included)! The event is free but registration is required. Maximum attendance is 30 people so reserve a spot now! Email Adam to sign up: [email protected]
