Maine-based developer GreenMars Real Estate has submitted a proposal for Stroudwater Commons, a new residential development located at 1877 Congress St., adjacent to the Portland Elks Lodge and across from the entrance to Portland International Jetport.
The project will feature 90 condominiums and 18 rental units, with a commitment to affordability. Half of the homes will be affordably priced, with 20% reserved for individuals earning 80% of the area median income (AMI) and 30% for those earning 100% AMI. The remaining units will be market-priced. The development will consist of nine buildings, offering a mix of studio apartments and one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums.
