Every December, WYCC DJs take a quick hiatus from their usual alt-rock playlists in support of the Center for Grieving Children, playing any song from Taylor Swift to Celine Dion to even the theme song for Ghostbusters.

Markathon to date has raised more than $650,000 in support of the Center for Grieving Children. The Center for Grieving Children provides peer support, outreach, and education to 4,000+ families annually, and their services are free for as long as needed and whenever needed.
