I am an artist living in beautiful South Portland, Maine. I began drawing four years ago as a way to get thru the long Maine winters. My work explores the dark and often humorous aspects of the human condition. Pen and ink is my medium of choice with occasional excursions into painting and color. My influences are many but a short list includes: Raymond Pettibon, Thomas Nast, Albrecht Durer, Gustave Dore, Francisco Goya, Francis Bacon, William Burroughs, Philip K. Dick, J.G Ballard. Integrity of vision is my goal as an artist.
