As shared back in April in the Portland Old Port round-up of new food trucks in 2022, Tomaso’s Canteen’s taco-focused food truck, Disco Jalisco, has officially announced that the food truck’s opening day will happen this upcoming Tuesday, June 21st at Austin Street Brewery located at 115 Fox Street in Portland. They will be setting up shop starting at 12PM and running until 8PM.
A look at the opening menu shows an OG Cuerve taco with braised pork, a Crispy Coynes taco with fried coconut haddock, esquites, vaquero beans and more!
Can’t make Tuesday? Need tacos now? You can also catch Disco Jalisco prior to opening this upcoming Sunday, June 19th. They will be teaming up with Rebel Cheesesteaks for a pop-up at the Portland Zoo.
You can expect “crazy edible” collaborations, craft beer and good times. Starts at 3 PM and runs until sellout (Portland Zoo closes at 11 PM).
