Off Track Pizza, located at 15 Exchange Street is officially open.Â
Owners Mark Hubbard and Mitchell Ryan, and business partner Josh Miranda have launched their latest venture, Off Track Pizza.Â
Off Track Pizza will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend from 12-8pm. Located in the space previously occupied by Lupita’s, Off Track features a slice bar and window seating downstairs. Upstairs, there is seating for roughly 50 people, as well as a pinball machine, and bar seating. Off Track serves whole pies, individual slices, as well as sandwiches on focaccia bread, which is baked in house daily.
Their beverage program features house-bottled cocktails, such as the “Secretariat” which consists of scotch, ginger, and lemon. They also have a variety of dipping sauces available, including dirty ranch, and hot honey, and more.
Down the road, Off Track hopes to be open late night for takeout, to satisfy those late night pizza cravings.Â
