Portland’s newest restaurant, Regards, is now taking online reservations with plans to open on January 29th, 2022 and Friends and Family night January, 28th. Update: Due to storm, Regards has rescheduled their opening for Ferbuary 1st, 2022.
Located at the former home of Emilista at 547 Congress Street, Regards is a new restaurant from chef and owner Neil Zabriskie and owners Cameron Lewin and Kimberly Lund. It is inspired by their collective times in Los Angeles, New York and Maine.
“For us and for you”, Regards will be a space to explore creativity and community in food and drink. The menu will spotlight their relationship with local farmers and fishers and is supported by natural wine and agave-focused beverage program. You can find their current menu online here, featuring items such as Scallop ceviche with sour orange leche de tigre, daikon, peach pepper, Bomba rice with peekytoe crab, chipotle morita, lobster stock, Spanish mackerel with smoked cream emulsion, aji limo, tatsoi, and more.
Regards will be open for indoor dining. Guests must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination within the last six months. Guests will be required to wear their masks while roaming the restaurant according to the city ordinance.
