Friday
The Boston Bruins Fan Fest Tour will be making a stop in Portland from 2-6pm. Fans can take part in drills on synthetic ice rinks, snag some pictures in a mock Bruins locker room, and check out the NESN virtual reality experience. Kids can participate in fitness activities, get their face painted, and make posters! Players, coaches, and NESN personalities are expected to be around to sign autographs and take pics!
Check out What Cheer? Brigade, a Providence based 19-piece radical brass band. This event runs from 8:30-11-30pm at SPACE. Tickets are $12-$15.
Snag some tickets to The Shade Of It All, a drag show at Port City Music Hall. Tickets are $12-$25 and this is an 18+ show!
Saturday
Grab some tickets to Workout & Wellness at the East End Beach for a dance fitness class hosted by Kelly Flagg Lifestyle. The class will be taught by Lacho Jamanitas and smoothies will be provided. Tickets are $10 and all ages are welcome!
Check out the Bissel Brothers Brewing Three Rivers x Foam Brewers at Novare Res Bier Cafe and snag a new Novare+Bissel Brothers collab beer. The doors open at noon and @justplainjones will be playing at 6pm.
The Portland Ballet Studio Theater has been transformed into The Kit Kat Club to present XOXO Char. This drag show will be hosted by Chartreuse and features four amazing drag artists! Doors open at 10:30pm and the show is at 11pm. Grab your tickets quick!
Sunday
It’s Reggae Sunday again and Peaks Island will be filled with Rum Buckets, Beer, and the sounds of Reggae.
At 2pm the Portland Museum of Art will be showing a documentary about Jay Maisel’s life, work, selling his Manhattan home known as “The Bank”, and coming to terms with the end of an era.
Zach Griffith will be at Empire headlining Sunday Night Comedy! The show will feature Caleb Sherman and will be hosted by Kieth Herbert. There is a $5 cover and the doors open at 8pm. This is a 21+ event.
