Friday
Start the weekend off right with a trip to Brian Boru for Willie’s Superbrew Tasting Event. Swing by for beer, prizes, and swag from 6-9pm. There will even be ring toss!
Check out this month’s First Friday Art Walk from 5-7pm. This month there will be an opening reception led by Susan Zimmerman, a studio painter based in Georgetown, Maine.
Stop by Geno’s Rock Club for the 4th annual Best of Fest Comedy Showcase. Tickets are five dollars and this is a 21+ event so don’t forget your ID!
Saturday
From 11am-6pm the 11th Annual Picnic Craft Fair will be in full swing in Lincoln Park. This event features over 120 vendors of indie crafts and vintage goods. There will also be food and beverages available!
Watch the 6th Annual Parade of Lights go by from the Porthole deck from 7:45-9:45pm. This is an event that benefits Toys for Tots and boaters have an entry fee of two unwrapped toys per boat. The boats will be decorated and lit up so stop by and check it out!
Snag some tickets to Kurt Vile and the Violators w/Garcia Peoples at 8pm at State Theatre. The doors open at 7pm and tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day of. Plus, this is an all ages event!
Sunday
At 9:30 Yoga in the Brewhouse will be at Allagash Brewing Company. This is an hour long all levels class and a light brunch will be provided by Rose Foods on the patio after class. Grab your tickets today!
The Portland, ME- Water Lantern Festival will be from 4-10pm in Deering Oaks Park. This is an amazing opportunity to take in the gorgeous sights and witness the water being lit up by hundreds of lanterns.
Check out Interpol and Surfbort at State Theatre at 8pm. The doors open at 7pm and tickets are $30 in advance and $35 day of. This is an all ages event!
