Attend CatVideoFest 2020 at the Portland Museum of Art. This is a compilation reel of the best cat videos from all over the internet! This event raises money for cats in need through partnerships with local charities, welfare societies, and shelters! See their Facebook page for all the showing times!
Check out Vinyl Friday w/ Yes Brewing at Maine Oyster Company from 4-10 pm. Slurp salty oysters, drink delicious beer, and listen to awesome tunes!
Bunker + Lost Nation Take Over MAPS from 5 pm-1 am! Both breweries’ beers and two collaboration beers will be available. Plus, DJ Hi-Duke will be spinning from 6-9 pm.
Kaleb Stewart, Comedy Central’s Up Next Comics of 2019, will be at Empire Comedy Club. The doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm. This is a 21+ event and tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
The American Classic, Real Talk, Hours North & Frankie Moon will be at Geno’s Rock Club from 8 pm- 12 am. Tickets are $10 and this is a 21+ event.

Register for this Fantasy Map Making Workshop from 12-1:30 pm at the Osher Map Library & Smith Center for Cartographic Education. Learn about mapmaking and design! This is a 13+ event.

Attend a free showing of “Paris is Burning” at 1 pm and a Melanin Magic Dance Party that celebrates Black artists at Blackstones from 9:30 pm- 12:30 am. The 24th Annual Irish Road Rover 5K will be from 11 am-2 pm. This run supports Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland. Walkers are welcome! Sign up on their website!
The Music of Phish for Kids hosted by The Rock and Roll Playhouse, Port City Music Hall, and Pardon Me, Doug- A Tribute to Phish. Doors open at 11 am and the music is from 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Tickets are $15 general admission and children under 1 are free!
It’s Maine Mariners WinterKids Family Day from 3-6 pm at Cross Insurance Arena. After the game, you will have the chance to skate on the ice with the players. Just bring your own gear! There will be available space to store it during the game.
OurBigBand performs the music of the late Steve Grover, a Maine composer, and educator. This performance is presented by the Portland Conservatory of Music and Dimensions in Jazz. This event is from 7:30-10:30 pm. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 day of. SPACE members and student tickets are $10.
