- Argenta Brewing Co. will be opening to the public on Friday, February 23rd and will be open all weekend Saturday, February 24th + Sunday, February 25th. Reported back in November, Argenta Brewing Co. has moved into Banded Brewing Co.’s former space on Hanover Street in West Bayside. A brewery and tasting room, Argenta Brewing Co. is Portland’s only “lager beer saloon.”
- As reported last week, a collection of Maine restaurants, restaurateurs, chefs, bakeries and hospitality professionals were recognized in this year’s line-up of semifinalists for the 2024 James Beard Awards. This includes Leeward, Bar Futo, Bao Bao Dumpling House, Woodford Food & Beverage and more.
- The Knotted Apron celebrated their 4th anniversary this past weekend, while Woodford Food & Beverage celebrated their 8th anniversary the weekend prior.

- Alto Terrace Bar & Kitchen has opened up reservations for their Pre-Fix Valentine’s Day 5 Course Dinner ($85 Per Person). More Valentine’s Day menus + events are on their way, check back here soon!
- Bissell Brothers Brewing Co. will be hosting Maine Academy of Modern Music’s Winter Rise Gala on Thursday, February 29th. Will include a rocking raffle prize, live auction, awards ceremony, food and drink, and entertainment. Tickets.
